A Community of Learners
Residents of Hope Village participate in skill building activities that translate to better job opportunities.

“A spiritual gift is given to each of us so we can help each other”
1 Corinthians 12:7
Mature adults who have not reached retirement age find it difficult to get enough help to weather hard times. But there is no reason to give up. In a supportive environment they can find a reason to develop their gifts and become valued members of the community.
“I am, because you are.”
– African Proverb
Our single-mothers program help these women show their kids what it’s like to overcome. With the guidance of our staff and volunteers, they finish their GEDs, Certificate Programs, and College Degrees.

1. Time Management Training creates space to do more everyday. With relief from high rents, mothers have the opportunity to work less hours and spend more time with their children.

2. Financial Literacy programs help our moms provide stable foundations for their fiscal futures.
